Vaasan Mestarin Sourdough Bread is a sourdough bread rich in fibre that is crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. The product has been awarded the Hyvää Suomesta label. Baked at Lantmännen Unibake's Joutseno bakery in Lappeenranta.
Ingredients
WHEAT flour, water, RYE DOUGH ROOT 11% (water, WHOLE GRAIN RYE FLOUR), WHOLE GRAIN RYE FLOUR, potato flakes, iodized salt, yeast, BARLEY MALT, rapeseed oil, flour improver (E300). May contain small amounts of egg, milk. Finland, the country of origin of wheat, rye and barley. Highly salty.

Pakaste. Säilytetään -18°C tai alle. Sulanutta tuotetta ei saa jäädyttää uudelleen.
Sulata 1 h huoneenlämmössä tai yön yli kylmiössä. Paista 190°C 8–10 min. Voit käyttää höyryä paiston alussa.
