We have baked Vaasan Kotiuunin Ham Pastries to accompany our meat patties. We slipped a good handful of our favorite cheese into these crispy-crusted pastries to give it a juicy flavor. Now you are on the verge of a good thing. Baked in Joutseno and from Finnish ham, of course.
Ingredients
WHEAT flour, water, vegetable oil (palm, rapeseed), ham meal 9% [pork ham, potato starch, iodized salt, stabilizers (E450, E451), grape sugar, antioxidant (E301), preservative (E250), smoke flavouring], EGG, rice, EMMENTAL cheese, modified corn starch, salt, sunflower oil, maltodextrin, potato starch, spices (paprika, black pepper), flavourings, MILK PROTEIN, flour improver (E300). May contain small amounts of almonds, soy. Only Finnish meat has been used in the production.

Handling & Storage
Pakaste. Säilytetään -18°C tai alle. Sulanutta tuotetta ei saa jäädyttää uudelleen.
Laita pasteijat pellille ja anna sulaa n. 30 min. Voitelemalla pasteijat kananmunalla tai vedellä saat kauniin paistovärin. Paista 200°C uunissa n. 20 min. Tuotteet voi myös paistaa jäisinä, jolloin paistoaika on pidempi.
