Vaasan Tasty Ham Pastry is a favorite classic in display cases. Filled with Finnish ham and baked at our Joutseno bakery, its flaky pastry makes it simple to prepare – no glazing or thawing needed. Perfect for busy bakery counters, it’s a convenient and delicious grab-and-go snack.
Ingredients
WHEAT flour, water, vegetable oil and fat (palm, rapeseed), ham crumb 9% [pork ham 83%, potato starch, iodized salt, stabilizers (E450, E451), dextrose, antioxidant (E301), preservative (E250), smoke flavoring], EGG, rice, Emmenthal CHEESE, modified corn starch, salt, sunflower oil, maltodextrin, potato starch, spices (sweet pepper, black pepper), flavoring, flour treatment agent (E300). May contain traces of almond, soya. The product contains 7,5% ham. The product contains only Finnish meat.

How to use
Frozen. Storage at -18°C or colder. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Bake frozen at 200°C for 20–25 min or after thawing at 190°C 18-20 min. Steam can be used in the beginning of baking.
