WHOLEGRAIN OAT (flour, grit, flake), water, WHEAT FLOUR, WHEAT GLUTEN, sugar, yeast, rapeseed oil, OAT BRAN, iodized salt, psyllium, thickening agent /guargum), WHEAT GERM, emulsifier (E 472 e), flour treatment agent (E 300) and preserver (E200). 50 % wholegrain oat of the flour and 28 % of the weight of the bread.
