Vaasan Mestarin Sour Dough bread is a sourdough bread with crispy crust. This product is baked in the Lantmännen Unibake's bakery in Joutseno, Lappeenranta and it has been given the Produced in Finland label.
Ingredients
WHEAT flour, water, RYE sourdough 11% (water, whole grain RYE groats), whole grain RYE flour, potato flakes, iodized salt, yeast, BARLEY malt, rapeseed oil, flour treatment agent (E300). May contain traces of egg, milk. Country of origin of wheat, rye and barley Finland. Extra salted.

How to use
Frozen. Storage at -18°C or colder. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Thaw at room temperature for 1 h or overnight in the fridge. Bake at 190°C for 8-10 min. Steam can be used in the beginning of baking.
