Vaasan Mestarin Seasonal Loaf is a delicious specialty bread for the Christmas season. It is baked with Christmas spices, cranberries and apple bits. Baked in Lantmännen Unibake's bakery in Joutseno, Lappeenranta.
Ingredients
WHEAT flour, water, dried apple 7,4%, RYE sour dough (water, whole grain RYE groats), syrup, dried cranberry 4,5%, yeast, iodised salt, WHEAT GLUTEN, RYE malt, BARLEY malt extract, anise, fennel, rapeseed oil, sunflower oil, flour treatment agent (E300). May contain traces of egg, milk. Extra salted.

How to use
Frozen. Storage at -18°C or colder. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Thaw at room temperature for 1 h or overnight in the fridge. Bake at 190°C for 8-10 min. Steam can be used in the beginning of baking.
