Sweet soft dough swirl with almond filling. It is topped with tosca, almond topping that caramellizes in the oven and becomes crispy.
Ingredients
WHEAT flour, water, sugar, vegetable oil (palm, rapeseed), EGG, ALMOND 4,8%, yeast, modified potato starch, salt, vanilla sugar, molasses, cardamom, emulsifiers (E472e, E471), stabilizer (E412), glucose, flavours, flour treatment agent (E300). Ingredients for tosca coating (Germany): sugar, ALMOND 25%, glucose syrup, sunflower oil, emulsifier (E322 SOYA lecithin), thickener (E440), caramel sugar syrup, flavours. May contain traces of milk.

How to use
Frozen. Storage at -18°C or colder. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Thaw at room temperature for 1 h or overnight in the fridge. Sprinkle with tosca coating. Bake at 180 °C for 12–15 min.
