Vaasan Mestarin Oat and Potato Bread is a sourdough favorite for the whole family. The dough is made with oats and potatoes, and the bread is topped with a sprinkle of oat bran. Baked at Lantmännen Unibake’s Joutseno bakery in Lappeenranta.
Ingredients
WHEAT flour, water, RYE sour dough (water, whole grain RYE groats), OAT 7,3% (whole grain groats and flakes, bran), potato flakes 5,5%, WHEAT GLUTEN, iodised salt, BARLEY malt extract, yeast, WHEAT germ, rapeseed oil, flour treatment agent (E300). May contain traces of egg, milk. Country of origin of wheat, rye and oat Finland. Extra salted.

How to use
Frozen. Storage at -18°C or colder. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Thaw at room temperature for 1 h or overnight in the fridge. Bake at 190°C for 8-10 min. Steam can be used in the beginning of baking.
