WHEAT flour (WHEAT: Finland), water, RYE sour dough 10% (water, whole grain RYE groats), sprouted whole grain RYE, potato flakes, WHEAT groats, yeast, iodised salt, RYE malt, BARLEY malt, flour treatment agent (E300), May contain traces of egg, milk. Extra salted.

How to use
Frozen. Storage at -18°C or colder. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Thaw at room temperature for 1 h or overnight in the fridge. Bake at 190°C for 8-10 min. Steam can be used in the beginning of baking.
