Ingredients

WHEAT flour, water, RYE sourdough 11% (water, whole grain RYE groats), whole grain RYE flour, potato flakes, iodised salt, yeast, BARLEY malt, rapeseed oil, flour treatment agent (E300). May contain traces of egg, milk. Country of origin of wheat, rye and barley Finland. Extra salted.

Handling & Storage

Frozen. Storage at -18°C or colder. Do not refreeze after defrosting.

Thaw at room temperature for 1 h or overnight in the fridge. Bake at 190°C for 8-10 min. Steam can be used in the beginning of baking.
