WHEAT flour, water, WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR, RYE DOUGH ROOT (water, WHOLE GRAIN RYE MEAL), flaxseed (yellow, brown), sprouted RYE grain, OAT flakes, millet, sunflower seed, syrup, corn flakes, light poppy seed, WHEAT FIBER, yeast, rapeseed oil, iodized salt, flour improver (E300). May contain small amounts of egg, milk. Bread has 9.5% seeds.
