WHEAT flour, water, whole grain OAT flakes 7,5% (Finland), RYE sourdough (water, wholegrain RYE groats), linseed 2,5%, WHEAT sourdough powder, OAT fiber, iodised salt, yeast, flour treatment agent (E300). May contain traces of egg, milk.

Handling & Storage

Frozen. Storage at -18° or under. Do not refreeze after defrosting.

Thaw at room temperature for 1 h or overnight in the fridge. Bake at 190°C for 8-10 min. Steam can be used in the beginning of baking.
