water, rice 17% (EU), wholegrain RYE flour (Finland), WHEAT flour, lactose free BUTTER 5%, lactose free MILK POWDER, salt, RYE malt, flour treatment agent (E300). 68% of cereal based raw material is wholegrain rye and 10% of product’s weight.

Frozen. Storage at -18°C or colder. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Bake from frozen at 250°C for 20 min. Baking in the air fryer 190°C 15 min.
